I was trying to check the time and location for an event, but the info wasn’t very clear from the start. I expected to find the basics quickly, but I ended up clicking around and digging more than I should’ve had to. It wasn’t the worst experience, but if you’re trying to make plans, clearer event details would make a big difference

I was trying to donate, but the terms weren’t easy to find before clicking the donate button. It felt like extra work having to hunt around for basic info that should’ve been clearer upfront.

I went there hoping to get a better idea of the plans, but it felt a bit scattered. Some of the stuff they mention isn’t really explained, and I couldn’t quite tell what you’re supposed to do next with all of that. If you’re looking for clear policy details, it’s not the most helpful place.

When I finally got back through to the payment step, it threw some random error without explaining what was actually wrong. My card works everywhere else, so my instinct tells me this was definitely a site issue, not anything on my end.

I tried to unsubscribe from their emails how is this okay? It took way too many clicks, and even after going through the whole thing, I still wasn’t fully sure if it actually worked. I just wanted the emails to stop, not be dragged through some annoying process. Super frustrating.

I signed up because I wanted to stay in the loop, but quickly my gut told me it was going to be a lot. Some days it felt like every time I checked my inbox, there was another email waiting for me.
I’m fine with getting updates or campaign news here and there, but this started to feel excessive. Nothing against the content really, it just didn’t feel worth the constant notifications, so I ended up unsubscribing.

The texts just kept coming. Got annoying quick.

the site was frustrating to get through with my screen reader. The navigation felt confusing, some of the buttons weren’t labeled clearly, and my reader kept getting stuck in places.

I set up a recurring donation and later tried to cancel it, but I couldn’t find a clear cancel button anywhere. It got really frustrating, especially after having to explain over and over that I just wanted the donation stopped. Should’ve been a simple thing, but it turned into a whole annoying process...

Not gonna lie, I don’t really feel that safe using it. The privacy side of things just feels a little unclear, and it makes me hesitant to trust it fully

I used elizabethwarren.com for a bit, simple it was to move through. The main menu made sense to me, and the pages I wanted I could find without too much digging around.

The donation section and the issues part were both easy enough to spot, which helped a lot. Pages loaded fine for me too, no weird waiting or anything like that I noticed.

The only thing, some areas felt a little crowded with links and buttons all together. Not a huge problem, just for a second I had to focus a bit more. Overall, a solid 4 stars from me.
